The NEXT STEP career network team has developed its own recruiting system to ensure that the candidate best suited to your needs is selected.

Applicants pass through an assessment centre where the candidates are filtered based on the defined needs of each role. Hotels – and their recruitment needs – are all unique. So is each recruitment process we undertake on behalf of our hotelier clients.

We speak English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Greek, Croatian and Baltic languages, and we communicate with all applicants in their mother tongue in order to avoid even the smallest misunderstandings throughout the recruitment process.

Making the Perfect Match
or How the lid finds the right pot

The NEXT STEP career network team ensures that all the paperwork is correct and prepared as soon as you confirm a suitable candidate. The recruitment process is thus complete.

We will plan the arrival and make sure that the work contract is signed, and everything is ready for the start of work at the hotel on day one.

All NEXT STEP candidates will be fully briefed on their new position. Any particular features of the new job, hotel etiquette, start times etc. and will be provided with an emergency number if they need any help. When another vacancy comes up, our team will gladly support your candidate search to help you keep growing your team…
